Club Stoa Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Usage

Club Stoa membership benefits are intended for use by the registered member only and are non-transferable.

Members must present both their digital membership ID (via wallet pass or QR code) and a valid photo ID at the time of purchase to redeem benefits.To get discount in store you must show both ID and passkit verification.

Discounts may not be applied retroactively or transferred to another customer.

Split checks to extend benefits to non-members are not permitted.

2. Group Size & Discount Policy

Member discounts apply only to parties of up to four people, including the member.

For parties larger than four, the discount will be applied only to the member’s proportional share of the total bill.

Example:

If a party of six spends $300 and the member is on the 10% discount tier:

• The bill is divided evenly: $300 ÷ 6 = $50 per person

• The member’s 10% discount applies only to their $50 share

• Discount applied: $5

3. Basket Pickup & Cancellation

Members must select a three-day window each month for basket pickup.

Baskets must be picked up within that window.

Unclaimed baskets are disposed of after the third day and no replacements or refunds are possible.

To cancel a basket or opt for a gift card instead, members must submit their change at least three days before the start of their pickup window.

4. Membership Modifications

Memberships renew automatically each month on the original sign-up date.

Members may upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel at any time through their account dashboard.

Changes to membership level will take effect in the next billing cycle.

5. Discount Exclusions

Member discounts do not apply to catering orders, private events, ticketed programming, or bulk purchases unless explicitly stated.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or limited-time offers unless otherwise noted.

6. Product Selection & Substitution

Members can update their product preferences through their dashboard each month.

Preferences will be honored to the best of our ability, but specific product requests are not guaranteed.

Club Stoa reserves the right to make seasonal substitutions of equal or greater value.

7. Member Conduct & Cancellation Policy

Club Stoa is a curated membership experience. Abuse of benefits, fraudulent use, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or guests may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

We reserve the right to cancel any membership at any time and are not required to provide a reason.
